Well, as it turns out, I've learned that if the car's been in the garage for several months you don't just take it out on the road. I'm now taking for Aleve daily and have been advised by my Dr. to not walk again until Saturday and when I do, cut the pace in half. My right hip got injured from my last couple of "vigorous walks. Ain't getting old grand?!
