This run was a pleasant surprise after yesterday, especially given the way my hammies were still periodically cramping as I was attempting to fall asleep last night (on the other hand, my compression socks kept my calves and Achilles feeling great! I'm a big fan after only a week's usage). Even though I (wisely) kept the speed down on the TM today, I really didn't feel any negative side effects of that 15 mile slog outside of a little hotspot on the top of my right foot which I got from overtightening my right shoe yesterday (oops, that happens to me from time to time). Not bad for less than 24 hours after my longest and most draining run of the year!

Run was bracketed by 10 minutes warmup and 10 minutes cooldown on the lipty.
