good Just Do It (sweat, that is) 01:00

On the heels of a big oversleep (one of the "I barely even noticed my alarm" variety) and with really stiff & sore legs for much of the morning, I opted to skip running today in favor of a big sweaty hour on the lipty. Outside of some light plantar soreness (I'm icing it now) it felt really good, and my legs definitely benefitted from the lower-impact work.

Speedwork tomorrow!
