Core+ Day 120

1:20 plank
20 bird-dogs
3 x 48 crunches
2 x 48 bicycles

Awesome job! And just coming home from a doggie training class, when I read that you did 60 fire hydrants (30 each leg), well, it just made me picture something else!

Nice core Rob - not sure what a fire hydrant is, but I'm guessing its not something you want to downward facing dog around ;-)

fire hydrants sound interesting - I have a mental picture of a fire extinguisher attached to your foot and you lifting it!!

@Anna - it's an exercise where you get down on all fours, then extend one leg and arm (the opposite arm, so for example start with right leg and left arm) and hold for a couple of seconds, then alternate to the other arm/leg.
