The good news: 8 (sleeping-pill-aided) hours of restful sleep later I feel WAY more like myself this morning. Though those things produce some freaky deaky dreams, I tell you what.

The bad news: Inhaling this box of milk duds is probably not optimal. But we all have our milk dud days, you know?

The maybe news: If the 18 y.o. bothers to show up today I'll get in a run later. Not holding my breath!

    Yum yum, I feel for you rob with the sleep (or lack of sleep!) issues. I often struggle myself, and for me working a 12 hour shift pattern which is 4 weeks of days and then 4 week of nights really screws me up. Hope you get some quality shut eye soon.
