Core-plus (Day 59)
Over the last 8+ weeks it's become clear to me that this streak exists much more for the days like today, when I feel unmotivated and overwhelmed, than for any of the days of strength and inspiration.
2x20 pushups
2x30 crunches
2x30 bicycles
