great Core-plus (Day 31)

Wow, I've been doing this for a month now!

9am - 2 sets of pushups/crunches/bicycles; 31 reps each the first set, 27 reps each the second set
10:30am - 31 forward lunges, 31 squats

Wasn't able to do any more today, but I'll take it.
