Longest run of my life. Learning my pain thresholds and enjoyed all the wonderful muscle cramps in my legs. Myrtle Beach Marathon in one month. :)

Great Performance:
It's like race day simulation. Only hopefully it'll lead to finding a way to avoid the cramps on race day. Looking good! And way to perservere!! (and hope you recover quickly.)

I have not signed up for it. Are you coming up here to run it? I helped get a new running club started a couple of months ago called the Wake Forest Area Runners and it looks like we will probably have at least 40 members run it this year. What marathon are you aiming for this year?

Nice run, Bobby. So I guess your recovery from the 20 miler was quick and easy if you're out running 10 today. Good for you. Sounds like you're ready!
