      So these meter loops don't add up to 3.65. Yet my Garmin shows 3.65. I stopped it at every "rest" time. So my loop lengths are not accurate I suppose. Anyways!

      Correction: I really don't know the distance of a track loop. Ugh! The distances were in fact: 1600 meters, 800 meters, and 400 meters. It makes a lot more sense now! LOL (5,600 meters total or about the mileage from my GPS)

    I had a short time to work-in a run. Included a few sprints in between. Then jumped rope 10 min. Quads are tight, feeling tired. Overall it did not feel great.
