    It's the Stebbings 10 miler in Essex tomorrow so I thought I'd put one in for training with 2 weeks to go till half

    Run form has dipped over last couple of weeks but felt a bit stronger I'm really happy with this effort, seemed to be into wind all the time but constant pace. Finished to the sounds of Blink 182

    First longish run for a couple of weeks, work is really draining the energy at the moment so this was a victory for getting through as performance is pretty weak. V hard work!

      Thanks Guys, still averaging 4 or so runs a week but need my strength back, funny how stress & lack of sleep impacts!
