Run form has dipped over last couple of weeks but felt a bit stronger I'm really happy with this effort, seemed to be into wind all the time but constant pace. Finished to the sounds of Blink 182

First longish run for a couple of weeks, work is really draining the energy at the moment so this was a victory for getting through as performance is pretty weak. V hard work!
