First time I have seen it Andy and it is funny. That is the type of reaction I think my missus would give me with that training regime. She already thinks I am mad cycling in the wind and rain, never mind taking up running and that nasty horrible invention someone called swimming :-)))

...but think about who also went off the front first. AC had to go with them since they did not wait...i would like to see andy win but also understand that sanchez and menchov are still in the race as well....two big climbs and a TT to go. and there is nothing like a little anger in the tummy to get andy to turn those pedals faster...

When contrasting this against similar scenarios that played out in past TdF's it seems a little out of line. In the end though, it's easy to pass judgement from the couch and miss what's really happening. Like you say, there's so much more to go, and there's some amazing riders out there. I don't watch TdF for the winners anyway - I watch it for the domestiques!!

That is true. And it's happy yellow. Lance could have done with some more happy after that stage a few days ago.

Chis is good stuff. I don't use it as much as I did but I can attest to it's super high fiber, water retention (in a good way) and vitamin benefits. Throw it in some juice and make your own jelly type gel!
