Not bad actually - was dreading doing 6 miles on the dreadmill, but the weather conditions from the 12" of snow melting in less than 24 hours just didn't allow for outdoor running today. Glad I got it done. Kept my speed slow to make sure I could cover the distance. Two weeks until the Cowtown Half marathon - gotta do some serious training in the next couple of weeks since I've been slacking so much lately.
