9.3 miles at 16.9 mph average. I'll take it. It's better than the zero miles I almost got since I wasn't prepared to deal with a flat. Loving daylight after work though!

Nothing like an awesome 8 mile run before work! Felt fantastic and wished I had more time to go further. Now for a weekend off while in Seattle! Another 8 miler planned for Monday morning and Rock 'n Roll Half next weekend!
