      Well, there haven't been too many - been concentrating on running for a while due to the 2 half marathons I did. Gotta get going on the bike now with the MS ride coming up in 6 weeks. How are you guys doing?

    Not a bad run. Just a short 3 miler to keep the legs ready for the half marathon on Sunday. Mixed in some sprints.

    My first swim with this club - I jumped in the slow lane and thought I kept up pretty good although it was very hard!. Lots of stuff I need to work on!

    Nothing like an awesome 8 mile run before work! Felt fantastic and wished I had more time to go further. Now for a weekend off while in Seattle! Another 8 miler planned for Monday morning and Rock 'n Roll Half next weekend!

    Legs are still sore from the half marathon. Just took it easy and walked .1 between miles (approx. 2 min).
