    Rain, humidity, and the apparent timidity of my lunch running group lead me to keep it inside today. It took me until about mile 3 to completely shake the residual tightness from Saturday.

    That was the worst run that I can remember. A stomach bug, humidity, and shear exhaustion made every mile after 6 a complete battle.
