I have been thinking about you and was going to make a trek over to RR8 (or is it 7?) to come see you and find out if your hip was any better! Sure do miss you - rest up and hope to see you running again really soon.

Took some time off for my hip, but I'm not sure its fully healed. Forgot my watch again, but my pace was probably pretty slow. Stopped at Champions for situps and push ups.

Didnt know you were having hip problems. Happened to me a while back. Take care, and rest is the best healer!

Thanks, guys. I haven't been to the Dr. yet. I just wanted to see if some rest and stretching would help. I think its the tendon that connects my leg to my body, in the groin area. Its a little sore, but what worries me is that sometimes it makes a clicking noise.

Been there w/ similar groin /hip flexor issue (but without clicking); rest rest rest and ice (a nice Pinot Noir also helps). Don't overdo it either -- stop if it doesn't feel right!

ya know, I hate that these stinkin gyms don't get that if you're gonna have several hundred people huffin and puffin away during workouts, creating all that co2, you're supposed to pump in that much more outside air. I mean, who wants to work out using someone else's spent oxygen?!

It was pretty warm, 70 degrees. Trying out new Nike+ with my iPod. I think it needs to be calibrated. It said I only went 1.7 miles, but DM says 2.1.
