    Great event! So much positive energy. Fun bridges. Rained steadily after mile 9 but it wasn't that cold. Proud of my sister Seret and friend Heather who did the full!

    Wanted to see if I had 13.1 in me since I've been inconsistent in my training and I have The Flying Pig Half in two weeks. No problem. Just mad I've been lax.

    It threatened to rain but I only got three drops. GREAT afternoon for the JRT and LOUD music. Had to walk off a bad mood.

      Yeah, when I wake up early I just lay there silently so I don't have to go out and walk the dog. I'm an overachiever that way.

    No idea on the mileage. I have a Fitbit and my ride added around 5,000 steps. Excited to be well enough to be active again. Plan on Spinning until I'm cleared to run again.

    Worked almost exclusively on lengthening my hip flexors, (where my injury is) and hamstrings and strengthening my glutes and quads. Starting all over again. But I'm ok with that!
