Excuse the whining but YUCK - hot (85 degrees), humid (75%), and nauseous. Intervals with time (vs distance b/c it was around my neighborhood).
Okay...seriously though, I've been really trying to cut processed foods out of my diet, particularly sugar, and on top of that, this is a month of fasting (no grains/lentils except 1 meal/day). I honestly think my body is rejecting all these changes - I've been going hypoglycemic (shaky/nauseous/dizzy) during the day. I feel like I eat plenty - banana+milk for breakfast, large salad+fruit+plain yogurt for lunch, fruit for an afternoon snack and a pretty nice sized dinner. I'm hoping my body will start to adjust, but maybe I'll start trying to incorporate more natural sugars or eat some almonds/walnuts with breakfast? Any other suggestions are welcome as always. =)
