I haven't run in a week b/c I was feeling pretty sick last week. I'm really glad I took some time to recover, but I was pretty worried that this run was going to be a struggle. SO I went out without a way to keep time (hate running with my phone and my watch is broken) so I could take it nice and easy. I was surprised at how good I felt - a little ankle soreness to start but overall, really good. It probably helped that I didn't start 'til after 8 PM so it wasn't terribly hot out. The only consequence of running later is the "fear factor" of my area of Houston. =/
Ended with 15 pushups x 3, 15 tricep dips x 3, 50 crunches, 50 scissor crunches, 50 reverse crunches, 50 pulse-ups and some planks. SO glad to be feeling better!! =)
