For those not in the know or who forgot, that tittle means read at your own risk as I am about to maybe give too much information. Had my mind set that I was not going to run as per plan and do 4 X 1.6 km speed drills at the gym. The ingested sugar in the last few days made sure of that as my body was 'tut tutting' me this morning. Was about 1.5 km into my run when I had to do a turn around and head back home for a potty break. No big brown code, just a little...let's say starts with 'f' and rhymes with heart. Once I got home, rushed to the bathroom and once things were cleaned up, headed out again. I'm sure it must have happened to a lot of you out there. Some of you would admit to it, some not. That's OK! No need to share as I do. I work in a hospital and am used to natural body functions. When you do CPR on a person, you don't care what other body things are going on, you're concentrating on getting the flat line on the screen to stay active and then self sustained. Team was unsuccessfull on the first case last week. Was relieved with success on the second one only to note that the other person also passed away. Life can deal you a bad deck. Hug your loved ones people! Medical personnel are not miracle workers. We do our best. Do yours and keep yourselves healthy and safe. Off to work. Will hug my loved ones tomorrow as I celebrate the hollidays with 2 of my children. :+)
