WTH? No hill training today? Read the plan wrong last night. :( Plan read tempo 10. Decided to do part of the run on a trail. Put on the trail runners. Once on the trail, decided to find little hills to do. Couldn't decide which ones to hit so tried to get them all. Then I did the trail a second time. Nothing wrong with that is there? It is humpday after all. Just saying! Have a great one. So far so good for me! Whoo! Hoo! :+)
