Diagnosis: Motivational blockage due to too many things to do and a) Too f@#?ing lazy to do them or b) No one to push me to do them. How's about it DMers, my daughter and son-in-law are working on the 'list of things Rina should do' and I'm counting on you guys to post on here all the great runs/swims/bike ridingg/TMing/PX 90ing/crosstraining/fitness exercises etc. etc. Not sure why I should ask you guys 'cause I know you're rocking it! Right! RIGHT! :+)

    For me it's simple: there are two things I do that equip me to do everything else in my life. Running is one of those things. Therefore running sits high on the priority list. Everything else can just take a back seat for an hour while I go run. It'll be there when I get back.
