Need to either get in the pool earlier, do my run stretches before I get there or swim faster. Was suposed to do 2200. Oh well, maybe next time. Post run/swim massage was not as painfull as I thought it would be. Chatted a bit with Olivier who will be doing his first tri this summer. Hope everyone is having a great day. Off to work for me. :+)
