    I was going to go running after shoveling the snow off the roof. It took more time and energy out of me then I thought it would. The snow was about 3 feet deep up there. :+)

      Sorry to hear this, Rina. Perhaps you can figure out a way to stand more while at work. Good job getting in some kms, but smart not to push it until things clear up.

      I do try to get off my butt as many times as I can during the day. Hip hurt more this morning so I rolled it out and hurt less during the run tonight. :+)
