      Thanks DM Friends! Suffered with PF for over a year and I don't want it to come back Sheryl. I work with 2 nurses who have it and have gotten orthotics that don't really take care of it. I want strong feet for the rest of my life, not crutches. :+D

      I have greatness Kris? Why thank you! Yesterday I was thinking about what I had accomplished race wise since I started running and was wondering how the heck I did those races. Searching for that determination and perseverance has been quite a chore in the last year. I'm still alive so there is hope I will find what I need. Thanks for the support! :+D

      Merçi Norm! That white stuff is called snow Bill. It simply drops from the sky unannounced and keeps doing so for about 3 to 4 months this time of year. Then it melts and starts again in Nov or Dec, sometimes earlier. It's a great cross training tool as I get to shovel a lot of it so my son can get his car out to get to work. :+P

    Distance is approximate. Hadn't swam since April or May. Felt good on the legs 'cause the calfs are sore from yesterday's short run. I'll get back to it! :+D

    Slow and easy run with the Vibrams. Felt good to be out. Ran on soft trail as much as possible. I'll be running with my Altras Saturday. Foot felt OK all the way. :+D

      Foot is a bit achy this morning. Actually, every part of the feet and legs are aching! Hadn't done much of anything since my attempt at a 50 k trail race on Aug 2nd. Gradual it is. 20-30 slow run tonight with the local run team. Thanks all! :+D
