      Thanks for the words of wisdom on cancer. Lost my mom to cancer 10 years ago...ovarian, which is tough to detect early, but prostate is a different story. Get checked, guys!

      You are an inspiration. My Mum died of Cancer at 60 and my Nephew had it at 27 but thankfully has survived. I'm doing the Race for Life 10k next Sunday to help raise funds for Cancer Research, I do this one every year. Good luck with the training for China sounds amazing :-)

    Got out too late to do the 4 hours as per the book plan. Oh well. Ride done on a beautiful Saturday morning in the sunshine and light wind. Gotta get ready for work. Happy Saturday! :+D

      Thanks all! The race was 2 weeks ago and enjoyed every bit of it! Except for the falling in the water while running towards the exit mat, and the buzzards on the road, and the guy going down a hill with a front wobbly wheel. Forgot to mention that in my race report. I was really scared he was going to fall. I stayed in back of him and as he seemed in control, I passed him giving myself lots of room. He was OK. Not sure he finished the race. Race day. You never know what will happen. :+)
