Thanks all! Am very carefull Mike. I've learned that when a transport truck is coming my way on the highway and is riding a bit on the shoulder that there is almost definitly a big vehicle coming from behind...or two. Happened to be 2 on this ride and on a bridge with a narrow shoulder. Held onto the bike and I was fine. Now if every driver were that thoughtfull every rider would be safe. :+)

Gabriele, we don't have the infrastructure for it. There is video or pictures from space that show how lit up from oil well flares ND is compared to the rest of the country. In other words we are too overcrowded Like I said I would LOVE to try it I'm just not sure about here.

I just pay someone to come an mow... that way I get the benefit without all the work... and frankly... the gardner mowing costs less than me mowing.

yes its that horrible dandelion season again, and this year iam totally losing the battle they are all going to seed. I have an electric mower and for the first year ever i am doing our whole lawn as the neighbours kid is too busy. I need his nephews to hurry up and grow because this is so NOT my idea of a good time and cuts into my cycling lol

I've run for over 35 years, at sometimes high levels of competition, and a variety of coaches. I have absolutely no idea what a foundation run is. But I'll venture a guess: someone didn't want to use the same terminology as someone else, otherwise their "12 week IM training plan for only $59!" won't seem as unique and valuable. Yeah, 35 years of running has made me cynical. :-) I'll bet you're just supposed to go run easy for 45 minutes, though.
