Nice walk around park to loosen calf and had to do a loop 1.13 at Seans Hellathon in docksiders, carrying a beer, ran the downhills very slow, calf is loosen up and loved being around GUTs peeps!

Swam my first real swim of the year, 2000 yards was an easy swim nonstop, forgot to time but was feeling great, never got tired. WOOHOO!! Since I can't run, the swim is ON!!!!

I am not ready, feel great and out of shape, well, just not in the same shape I was in at Umstead. My calf and hammy just aren't right, but are good enough to get a going! I can do this. I am going to try sub 25, then sub 30.
