I refuse to complain about the heat until July. It's been winter here since last July.

No complaining on my end. Snow could be in the very near forecast. It was just a rough run. With it 40 degrees last week, my body is not use to warmer temps.

Fantastic race, Rick! Sorry to hear the GI issues decided to plague you on race day. It sucks when all the training runs you run free and clear and the one day when your time really matters is the day GI issues creep up on you. You still ran a great race and finished with a GREAT time! You are sure to rock the Lakefront.

    Pool 600 yd 00:15:00 44:00 pace

I was able to get 12 laps before the pool was overwhelmed with people. There had to be 15 elderly people in one lane walking. In the 3rd lane was a family with 3 kids, jumping and having fun.
