Finally back on the 'mill today for a run. Felt better than I expected it to, and I owe that to the kettlebell power workouts I did in place of my running lapse. The Run: .4 miles @ 8.0, .4 miles at 10, .3 miles @ 7.5, .3 miles @ 10.2, .3 miles @ 7.5, .3 miles at 10.5. .5 mile cool-down at 7.5 to round it out. The 2 mile portion was done in 13:45.
