    My 3rd run since dealing with plantar fas. More than six months since running and have gained 30 pounds.. Dr. gave me a shot in each foot. Will see how this goes....

      When I had it , someone told me to freeze a golf ball and roll it around under foot with as much pressure applied as I could stand and it worked

    Legs felt stiff and tired almost the entire run. Got my long run out of the way.

    great Treadmill 400's 2 mi

    Loving speed work. Did 6 x 400's at a 7:30 pace then finished it up with2 x 400's at 7:00 pace. Can tell speed work has it's benefits and addictive!!!

    Love Hate relationship with speed work. I Love the first couple and by the end I hate the last one. But when it's finished I love them all?? I must be a sicko :)

    Loved this run. Ran with some friends and had a great time talking and laughing. I need to do more runs with people vs solo!!!

    Cleo had me do my long run today for an easy 9 mile. Was supposed to run it at a 10:30 pace but it felt to slow so I did it at a 10 min pace. Felt good but not to hard at all.
