I saw that my mileage for the week was at 28, I really wanted to see 30 instead since it had been a while. Wasn't sure if I would be able to get another run in so I decided to do some walking... read more

great 1M Shoes off cool down 1 mi 00:10:45 10:45 pace

I checked the time when I got back and I figured I had time for one more mile to give me an even 10 miles. So off I went for another mile to cool down without the shoes.

  3. RUN
great 8M Easy like Sunday Morning 8.08 mi 01:56 14:24 pace

Just a nice easy trail run, lot of single track and hills but I didn't push and just kept the pace easy.

  4. RUN
    great 1M Barefooting 1.11 mi 00:12:20 11:09 pace

Just a warmup mile, I figured I'd do it barefoot because I planned to loop back to the house. This allowed for a quick pit stop before hitting the trails too.

I got home from my run and my son did the 'Daddy, can we go race?" So out we went for a bonus mile before it got dark. Up and down the street five or so times got us a mile.

Not 100% Support is pretty vague... Too bad because it was a great race. The other kicker is I had my daughter signed up for the mile run. Maybe I will see if she will do the Manchester Mile. I guess this is a push to sign up for Exeter.
