      Wow! That is way too much loss, Rick, even more so you don't look that big to start with. I think you need food as well, not just hydration, which explains why you couldn't run. Gatorade is mainly sugar, so quick energy, but nothing for endurance. For long crud like this, I use 1) U-Can (hate that stuff but it works). Some friends who also use U-Can add protein powder in it. 2) Check out the Hammer products. 3) A friend told me about Infiniti. Apparently, they customize the drink to your needs and tastes

      Tough conditions today to stay ahead, ate you able to hydrate before and snack on pretzels and stuff to offset some?

      For reference, I did a sweat test last week and it was relatively cool. I sweat 25 oz an hour that day. I am a 5'2" female. And that was a light sweat day for me. So, yeah

    Great weather for a ride this morning. Everything felt pretty good including the caboose! I think I found a saddle that's going to work by Terry. Need to step up the miles going forward.
