    Did a 2 mile Warm Up. Then did 8x Hill repeats with 30 seconds rest. Ran back to my car for a total of 6 miles.

    Good easy run. Ran the first 5 miles with my buddy about 8:30 pace, last 6 miles about 7:45 pace. Legs felt great, felt like I could run forever. Getting very excited for the surf City Half.
