    LPTR group run, the trails had some bad icy sections. The screws in my shoes helped alot but it was a tough run. Up to the tower and back down three times, good hill climing workout.

      Great weekend of running Steve! glad you survived all the pounding of the crete. Kept an eye out for you today but didn't reconize you i was wearing the red hat working the water table.

    Group run from Pike Lake to Cth Q on the Ice Age trail with the LPTR gang. Tough run in 4" of snow, but it was fun.

    LPTR on the Ice Age from Evergreen lodge to Hwy18 and back.. Icy night with bright night sky. Nice easy run to the turn around, then hammered it home. Felt great on the single track Ice Age Trail.

    dropped the car off at the garage and ran from Menomonee Falls to Merton on the Bugline trail. Then added 8 miles of road to get home. Great morning, feeling good.

    Road loops and out/back at dawn while the sun was coming up, new Vomeros felt good. Changed shoes and headed out in the Montrail MM's, Loew Lake out/back. Feet got sore but shoes felt good.

      Nice miles Steve! And I'll be running the marathon at Petit. No speed goals in mind, just some crazy fun. I see you have Ice Age 50m in mind. Think KM 100 as well! I wish I would've done it right after IAT50, it's been eating at me all year and can't wait to give it a shot.

      I'll look for you on the track. Ice age 50 mile was my first 50 miler, just a great race and I know a bunch of people who run (LPTR crowd). Not considering a hundred yet, I'd like to do a couple 50's with confidence first. Go for it!
