5 minutes stretching, 35 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes weights. Legs feeling much stronger. Feeling fabulous but don't want to rush things. May try a short run tomorrow to test shins. 50th birthday tonight to attend and busy day, so will catch up with all your workouts later today or tomorrow. Have a great weekend folks.
