Day 3 of 100 for 100...
40(!)/ 20/10/15/15 Pushups. Already didnt feel like this, but DM accountability kicked in. Chest felt tight from couple of days of challenge. Closing in on 50 consecutive just need to keep strict form..


Well done rich, yeah we all have those days, especially when our summer so dramaically turns to winter, it's hard to get motivated! Great job!

@tyler not an official programme or challenge. Just have to do 100 push ups a day with an aim of getting to 100 consecutive. 100 days of it. I just do a first set to pretty much failure or form goes. Then subsequent smaller sets keeping form with no more than 20 secs recovery till completed 100...
