      Nice job, I switched from running nights last summer to mornings now. It was a tough transition, but i like it so much better. I can't run for anything in the heat, so yeah, Sunday might be a mess. Hope to see you there!

      Stay positive. Just remember, as it heats up, your pace needs to slow down a bit. So, don't get discouraged. And stay hydrated!

  14. Working some insane hours with no time or energy to do anything but come home and sleep. Hopefully things will slow down at work and I can get back to training for my run on June 5th of 11 miles
