      Hats off to you for doing Yoga Richard. I tried it and couldn't walk for a week. It's way harder than it appears. Especially for unflexible folk like me. That's why I should do it I suppose. Good on ya!

    first run post flu and still feeling the effects - legs stiff and heavy and felt tired but glad to be running again :)
