    Very nice steady MAF workout tonight. Second evening in the row. Legs have responded with very good recovery.

    Quick warm up and then nice steady MAF effort at about 90 cadence. Several out of saddle efforts peaked at close to 95% max HR. Best feeling in legs since my bout with that head cold.
