I'm back in love with running after my best weekend of marathon training yet. Today's 15 couldn't have gone better. First 11 miles were between 8:41 and 9 minutes per (I started off smart and slow). Last four were 8:37, 8:20, 8:26 and a fast last mile of 7:47. Was pumped to see I had that reserve energy to finish strong.
