Day 11 of the advanced @BartYasso plan for the @StLukesHalf. Just like last week only a mile longer out and back tempo workout. 2 miles easy. 4 miles at half mary race pace (6:38) then another 2 easy. It was tough to stay at pace but I think the Garmin may have been a bit off, It sure did feel like I was moving at tempo but the watch was saying otherwise.

    Tough to know whether "feel" or the Garmin is right some days. Nice job on the HMP tempo work, looking strong nonetheless.
