      Rob the crossfit workouts are intense, as you can see today's workout had you doing 105 sumo squats along with 105 pull up and 105 dips. Some people are at that level but I'm not so I scale the WOD to exercises I can complete. Give it a try great cross training for running of fighting and your done in about 20 minutes.
