      I spent spring break in Tulum, Mexico running at sunrise: barefoot, shirtless & watch-less, on the most perfect running beach I've yet found, at speeds that felt incredible pushing beyond previous boundaries. At least 5 miles in one direction of pure joy. And Born to Run was my vacation read. Needless to say, leaving was tough.

    HR avg @ 74% & pretty consistent throughout. Felt tired. Day off tomorrow should help.

    Nice easy run to the hill then 3 repeats to get to Max HR. Same as last year @ 187. Casual run back home. Ran with Mo.

    Workout included 12 x 1 minute ON @ 6:20 - 6:30 pace, 1 minute recovery. Felt great. Ran with Jeff B. @ 4:45am. Might need a nap today.
