That felt a whole lot better, whilst not completely pain free it any pain was greatly diminished. I think the main issue was I got the patella taped so it was tracking properly which was a huge help. I used the little ring when starting to ease the preasure when starting, spun as much as I could and remembered not to power over small rises. Hopefully a full recovery is in sight
