1.25 mi. elliptical, 15 push-ups, 60/30/30 planks, 100 leg rows, 30 squats w/ball, 40/40 side leg raises, 30/30 side scissors, 10 lat pull-downs, 10 pull-ups, and i forget what else.


Memory exercises? Maybe you need to include some brain exercise if you want to remember everything you did in a workout :-P Great job Ric!
