      "On a hill midst Oak Trees"...... Hills of Hanahan... Very nice race and great pace. Be consistant with the miles and don't push too hard.

      5K is at Hanahan High thru the town. It is a charity run for a scholarship being given in honor of one of our fantastic teachers who died far too young last year. We miss her greatly.

      Stop beating yourself over 9:00 minute miles.. There are tons of people on DM that would love to have 9:00 minute miles. Just keep up the miles and don't push to hard.. We need to keep Disney Half on your calendar for 2013 and don't need you injuried.

    Not really a race just a hometown run with my brothers. Lots of empty shops and houses along the way. Windy with a long steep bridge for miles 3 and 4. I'll take it.

    Just can't seem to get into a consistent training mode. The 5 a.m. runs are getting tougher as it gets cooler and I get older. Work makes it impossible to have a set time in the afternoon or evening.

  19. Problems at work made me miss yesterday's doc appt. They had an opening for Thursday so I was able to reschedule. Hope it's good news. I'm doing the Mud Run Saturday regardless.
