Getting fit. I can't run or jog on roads so I use an elliptical trainer I also do pilates and yoga. Getting back into the routine after the holidays.

good push ups and sit ups
Did day 1 of the push up routine and also the test for the sit up routine. Arms are a little sore as is the chest!

First time on the elliptical in, too long. Felt awesome! Did the walk run terrain and was able to jog most of the time, about 20 min. difficulty levels were 6-14.

Second day on the elliptical. Did this one at 1 p.m. as opposed to 7 p.m. Did the "random" training at a jog. Difficulty levels ranged from 4-16, more in the 12-16 range.
