      You're workout is inspiring. I love spinning too though I don't have cable television. I watch movies and series on Netflix while I do spinning on my Diamondback Stationary Bike.

    I'm getting the hang of it!! I love being an instructor. It's a great stress reliever and just a whole lot of fun. Ride included fast flats, tabata intervals and a steep hill climb.

    Another good ride. My playlist could have been better. But that was my opinion. The riders enjoyed the ride which is satisfying.
