Did intervals on the treadmill after work b/c I had no time today at all. Ran 2min 6mph pace setting, walked 1 min, Ran 2, walked 1. Its the closest I can think of to doing intervals at the track. I'm trying to make up for a lost weekend - didn't complete my long run, but trying to not beat myself up for it and just move forward....I don't want to lose momentum in getting this running thing going again!

    Good plan, Rhonda! We all miss workouts,or don't make the goals we set. Don't look back, keep moving forward. Those intervals will really help.
