Dragged myself out - I've been so tired. But I felt really great after the first 10 mins. Glad I forced myself to get it done. I feel completely energized now. I skipped yesterday so I had to get something in today. I'm glad I did b/c I feel completely different than how I felt an hour ago. I'm going to get up as early as possible tomorrow to get a long run in - going to focus on time running and not pace.
