No IT band pain which is great; however, my legs felt stiff. A weird pain every now and again in my hip but nothing that made me want to stop. Forgot my Garmin so I have no idea how long it took me... read more

alright Mill Mountain 6 mi 01:13 12:09 pace
Whew! It was hot. 90 degrees hot and running up a mountain is no joke but I am glad I did it. Took a few air breaks but happy with my time considering the incline. Muscle on shin feels bruised.

Weather sucks. Running on the treadmill so my pace seems slower. Still, thankful to be running at all after all the mess I've been through with my knee. Good run.

No pain. Glad my injury didn't act up. Hopefully I am on the mend. Did have a touch of heartburn. I think it was the banana. Thankful for a good, painfree run even if it was slow!
