  1. RUN
    great Dreadmill 1 mi 00:11:00 11:00 pace

Great despite the fact I hate the dreadmill. I am rehabbing from the world's longest lingering IT band issue. Working on glute strength. Desperate to run half marathons again. Hopefully I'... read more

alright Greenway - River's Edge to Vi... 4 mi

No IT band pain which is great; however, my legs felt stiff. A weird pain every now and again in my hip but nothing that made me want to stop. Forgot my Garmin so I have no idea how long it took me... read more

  7. RUN

  8. RUN
    alright 3 mi 00:33 11:05 pace

First run in a long time after nursing an IT band injury for a year. IT band felt fine but omg, I am out of shape. I went from running half marathons to huffing and puffing through 3 miles. Not the... read more

  9. RUN
alright Mill Mountain 6 mi 01:13 12:09 pace

Whew! It was hot. 90 degrees hot and running up a mountain is no joke but I am glad I did it. Took a few air breaks but happy with my time considering the incline. Muscle on shin feels bruised.

  10. RUN
alright Greenway to Orange Ave loop 7 mi 01:20 11:23 pace

Legs felt like molasses. I don't like running on concrete sidewalks. Slower than usual pace but I got it done.

    good Greenway - Tail Chasers 5K Race 3.1 mi 00:30 09:38 pace

Legs and knee felt great! Lungs not so much. But I attribute that running slowly during training as I ease my way back from injury. Felt good to run faster than I've been running on my trainin... read more

  15. RUN
    good Gym 3 mi 00:34 11:15 pace

Weather sucks. Running on the treadmill so my pace seems slower. Still, thankful to be running at all after all the mess I've been through with my knee. Good run.

  16. RUN
    good Greenway - River's Edge to Ja... 5 mi 00:55 11:01 pace

No pain. Glad my injury didn't act up. Hopefully I am on the mend. Did have a touch of heartburn. I think it was the banana. Thankful for a good, painfree run even if it was slow!

  17. RUN
    great Gym 4 mi 00:44 11:06 pace

A slow 4 miles but I felt great. After nursing such a nagging injury, it felt so good to have such a wonderful run. Thank God!

    good 3 mi 00:34 11:22 pace

Ran a super slow run because I think my Baker's Cyst is back. :( Also, I think I've strained my popliteal muscle. Initially I thought I'd run a mile to test it out. But I felt good s... read more
