great BootCamp 4 mi

Boot Camp kicked my ass today:)

-1/2 Mile Warmup Jog followed by static stretching
-Warm up Exercises: Jumping Jacks, Burpees, Squats, high knees, and one other cardio exercise I forgot the name of :)
-Five 200 meter Sprints, in between we did the following:
Burpees, Pushups, Pullups, Squats, lunges...
Then we did it all a second time!
Then we finished by running a mile, sprinting in the last 400....

Whew... doing exercises in between running is way TOUGH!!!
