Headed to school to do some track work... It was a lot fun and I enjoyed the company of other random runners getting in a workout. Wow, I haven't done speed work since high school track practice! Hoping this will make me faster if I keep it up.
1 Mile Warmup- 8:43
Five 400 Meters (How do you write this 5x400?) : 1:33/1:41/1:44/1:44/1:41
with a 200 meter walk in between.

60 Situps/30 Pushups/Streches
